We are pleased to announce the UK-Turkey Researcher Links Workshop titled ‘BIM for Sustainable Built Environment – Opportunities and Challenges’, which will be taking place between 3rd-5th October, 2016 in the beautiful city of Istanbul.
The British Council Researcher Links programmes provide opportunities for early career researchers both from the UK and abroad to interact, learn from each other and explore opportunities for building long-lasting research collaborations with Turkey. This call in particular welcomes researchers with expertise in Building Information Modelling, Architecture and Urban Regeneration, Energy and Environment, Sustainability, Facilities Management, Construction Management.
British Council will cover the costs related to the participation to the workshop, including: travel (both international and local), accommodation and meals. The available funding covers the cost of 15 researchers from the UK and an equal number from Turkey. The three-day workshop will be enriched with expert speakers from both countries, site visits and scenario driven group work.
